CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Ceramic is often under-estimated for it's strength and durability. Buying an artisinal ceramic product is a life-long investment. They're fired to a higher temperature than industry-made ceramic and the products made at ceramic-clusters. They're more expensive for many reasons, one of them being the special love and care they receive in their quality.

Functional Ware

We only use non-hazardous glazes. Our primary focus is ease of function such that all our decorative ware is also functional for use. Unless mentioned otherwise, all our products can withstand heat - dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe.

FORM- Introducing the TC Ramen Temple Cylindrical Vase, an unique depiction of Japanese culture on a captivating cylindrical form. Through the process of multi-color patchwork Sgraffito, this vase seamlessly transfers the intricate illustrations of beloved ramen dishes and folklore spirits onto the medium of terracotta clay. To translate the artwork, several considerations were taken into account, like texture, colors, and much more. This allowed for the adaptation to suit the characteristics of the new medium. Thereby making this vase a centerpiece that celebrates the beauty of Japanese heritage and the enduring allure of terracotta craftsmanship.
 IMAGERY- The captivating illustration featured on the form, of the fusion of Ramen and Pop Culture, adds an exciting and unexpected twist to the vase, creating a visual narrative that engages and captivates the viewer. The artistic process involved in creating this piece encompassed multiple depths of scratching, with varying levels of intensity.
